An important post.@oppongk

When I read the bible for the first time I was frustraded more often because the chosen people prefered tin gods usually with short breaks.I started to change my (prejudgmental) opinion about them when I noticed we're not better sometimes.

When our focus is on other things like Handys, movies/films, Stars, money, expensive cars and so on, we to serve tin gods of modern times for a while too and have to do penance after that.

Of course this recognitional was terryfying for me, because I thought I'm better anytime compared to these chosen people who trade the Lord, but after I started to understand some of us did make the same mistakes in these times, this insight helps me a lot to become a better follower, whereby I'm sure this wasn't my own insight, but rather a gift from God which helps me to understand this important truth.
