I am saying that promote others. Nobody gets to the top alone. We all need help with whatever we want to do.
Now, we all want to do well in what we decide to take up and make an impact with. It is rather unfortunate that we hardly support each other to move up the ladder of success in our part of the world. When was the last time you posted an ad of a friend's business or bought from them, or even attended their programmes?
When people we know are doing well to make inroads in their chosen area of impact, they get a lot of opposition especially from those who should be supporting them. People actually scheme to get their endeavours to fail, so unfortunate but true. I was surprised to hear and see people happy when Ghanaian banks failed.
If we want to see growth in our economies and lives collectively, we will have to support each other by promoting our own works.
