This is a great post. Very accurate in your advice. Most people ignore this, nor think about it, but investing wisely is necessary. Preparing for hard times is not attracting them, it is being cautious. Things can always get worse from one moment to another, it is normal for that to happen within the circle of life, knowing this the logical thing to do would be to always be alert to possible complications.
