You have presented a nice post, with some very valid points, it has been a pleasant reading. It is quite clear the differentiation you make regarding what is a boss and a leader.
I would like to make a recommendation. When we make use of a concept, it is not enough to say that you got it from a dictionary, which one?
It is necessary, you have done well in the way you highlighted it, although it is best to enclose all the paragraph you have obtained from another source in quotes (""). In addition, you can never forget to put the source where you have obtained it, out of respect for copyright.
