Hoy nos toca reparar la base que sujeta el amortiguador y parte de la Tijera de una motocicleta TX porque ya está demasiada maltratada y los orificios están muy dañados

Today we have to repair the base that holds the shock absorber and part of the Scissor of a TX motorcycle because it is already too battered and the holes are very damaged

Procedemos a agarrar una medidas a la pieza para agarrar dos moldes iguales y hacerle unos corte que más adelante les enseñaré para que quede empatado de otra manera para que no queden punta con punta porque así estaremos haciendo lo mismo

We proceed to take a measure of the piece to take two equal molds and make some cuts that I will show you later so that it is tied in another way so that they are not end to end because that way we will be doing the same

Ya de una vez la dos piezas cortadas procedo a enseñarle el corte qu implemente par empatar la pieza base que tengo

Once the two pieces are cut, I proceed to show him the cut that I implement to tie the base piece that I have.

Ya con el corte hecho vuelvo a tomar unas medidas con el vernier que realmente necesito para luego picar lo que estaba dañado

With the cut done, I go back to take some measurements with the vernier that I really need to then chop what was damaged

Pico la pieza base en las dos extremidades y empató de la manera que deseo porque de otro modo agarrara poca soldadura

I pick the base piece at both ends and tie it the way I want because otherwise it will catch little solder

Acá vemos el corte que le hice a la pieza que estoy preparando y vemos como va quedando con sus medidas correspondientes y lista para soldar por dentro y por fuera

Ya de una vez soldada ven como esta quedando el trabajo no se parece a la pieza que me entregaron al comienzo luego con un alicate de presión sujeto la pieza en mi mesa de metal para desvastar la soldadura excedente de la pieza y pulir que quede todo impecable

Once welded, you can see how the work is turning out, it does not look like the piece that was given to me at the beginning, then with pressure pliers I hold the piece on my metal table to scrape off the excess welding of the piece and polish it so that everything is impeccable.

Ya de una vez desvastada y limpia procedemos a centrar los agujeros que llevaba la pieza original

Once devastated and cleaned, we proceed to center the holes that the original piece had.

Ya hecho el trabajo espero al cliente para que lleve la otra pieza que vemos con el buje dañado a un amigo que llamamos "chino goma" para que le haga el buje y pueda montar ,, la pieza a su motocicleta TX. Vemos que no se parece nada a la pieza que trajeron toda remendada un trabajo impecable e innovador.

Once the work is done, I wait for the client to take the other part that we see with the damaged hub to a friend we call "chinese rubber" so that he can make the hub and mount the part on his TX motorcycle. We see that it does not look anything like the piece that they brought, all patched up, impeccable and innovative work.
