Greetings! Today was a day where I woke up really early and was able to go to the gym. I did upper body exercises, going at 6 am and an hour later I was already home having breakfast. Since I've eliminated cardio from the gym, I now walk to work, and today I had to be there at 9:30 am for a training session. I did my best and walked there.
Today I learned a bit about Ramón Bilbao wines. We tasted white, rosé, and reds in the Crianza, Reserva, and Gran Reserva categories. I liked the Crianza for a chat with friends; it tasted quite buttery to me and also had a good aroma.
Saludos, hoy fue un día donde me levanté bien temprano y pude ir al gym, hice tren superior, fui a las 6 am y a la hora ya estaba en casa desayunando, como ahora eliminé el cardio en el gym, ahora voy caminando al trabajo y hoy tenía que estar a las 9:30 am para una capacitación, hice todo lo posible y llegué caminando.
Hoy aprendí un poco sobre los vinos Ramón Bilbao, probamos blanco, rosé, tintos en crianza, reserva y gran reserva. Me gustó el crianza para una charla con amigos, ademas a mi me supo bastante a mantequilla y también tenía el aroma.
On the other hand, after that, I had some free time and took the opportunity to go with my friend to get something light to eat. We ended up at a café and tried a little bit of everything, sharing what we each bought. It was a lovely day.
Por otro lado, después de esto, tuve un tiempo libre aproveché de ir con mi amiga a comer algo ligero, terminamos en una cafetería y probamos un poco de cada cosa, compartimos de lo que compro cada una. Fue un día bonito
