When it started getting hotter from 2024, I think they affected prices a lot, but I think overtime it has lost its full impact and effect. As you've said it's never ending and I think people are begining to realise "well they'll always fight so why I'm I selling my stuff"

Well it's sad that they're now chronic and might never end anytime soon.
