Anything that messes with DNA and genetic coding might just be very dangerous. The DNA is inbuilt, and sometimes tampering with it can come with downsides. However, genetics can come with serious diseases, like the one I have, I think maybe futuristically, we can have treatments that tackles gentic conditions without actually messing with genetics itself.
