You're right about buying food in bulk, when you're poor, you have to pay more even though you can actually save more by buying in bulk. I use to buy in bulk in the past, after not being able to do so recently, I realized buying in unit is just pure cheating

While laziness can cause poverty, it's actually not the only reason why people can go broke just as you've highlighted.
