Sam Harris there is damn right, I think there are criterias to consider before someone can be targeted as a potential terrorist really, those factors like mental illness, history of violence, racism and other factors too really, I think these people live by a code really and that's why sometimes we question the motivation that really drives them. I believe only them really understand their manifestoes.
