Change in people should always not come as a surprise because each and everyday is a tool that tweaks humans attitudes, their dispositions, and even shakes their core values. In life, no one wants to relate with what doesn't seem familiar to them, as we're gradually interacting with different people whether good or bad one way or the other we're being influenced even if we hardly notices this. Change isn't something that we open ourselves to, it's something that aligns with our nature and effortlessly interact with our core selves and at the end of the day we find ourselves being the people we might not have opened ourselves to being.
Sometimes change itself surprises us but then when we easily see ourselves following the trend of a particular change it means that deep down our core selves maligns we things we don't know. Sometimes it's difficult to carve out our personalities especially if we haven't gone through life bending experience. Our ability to cope, deal with pain, sadness, tough times or even being too comfortable, being exposed to riches without borders having the ability to make calls because we can. These are what brings out the true images of what we are. Truth is, no one is truly what they think they are and this is because they haven't been exposed to the proper experiences.
It's very usual for people to think they can't change, but then we can't totally talk about how weak-willed, strong or how persevering unless we have been tested and while most of us has gone through things, it's difficult to pinpoint what has changed in us and what hasn't. Sometimes we don't always notice us changing, either when we change for the better or change for the worse we always see changes to ourselves as a normal extension of someone we should be while people around us who notices these changes are more likely to understand the extent with which we have changed.

Change is not always good neither is it always bad, it's a process that's necessary for our evolution. It's us that decides what kind of change we want to actualise and not let the experience of our everyday life decide the kind of change that come to us. So what does this mean? It means we're strong enough to see when we're being sucked in by things we go through and change our course or allow change to run its full course on us. Irrespective of what anyone says, change shows growth it shows advancement and it shows development and of course when we're opportuned to change direction it can be strange be in places which we don't feel used to.
But then adaptation is one of our strongest suits. In conclusion, different perspective from a previously held perspective can be seen when we are exposed to people who are psychologically domineering, everyone holds sentimental reasons when having mindset about things like religion, moral belief, ethical standards and a whole lot of other things. But then these sentiments can change when our core mentality is shaken and we begin to see people, even, circumstances in a far more different light. Irrespective of the fact that change can be tantamount to growth not all growth can be positively influencing and this is why we must be watchful of change and the effect it brings on us. We're built with perceptive filters and this is a tool to our advantage.
