Hoy preparé **Arroz con vegetales y pollo empanizado** una excelente opción para el almuerzo > Hello food lovers, warm greetings to all. I hope you are doing great and staying healthy. Me encanta el arroz con muchos vegetales pues le da un toque tanto saludable como delicioso, además que le agrega un colorido que provoca. Lo acompañe con pollo empanizado. Aquí mi receta a mi estilo.

* 250kg de Arroz * 1 pimiento rojo * 1 Cebollín * 7 Vainitas * 1 Zanahoria * 3 Ajies * Condimentos * Aceite * Harina de trigo * Sal al gusto * 1 Huevo * 1 Plátano

* 250kg rice * 1 red pepper * 1 spring onion * 7 green beans * 1 carrot * 3 chili peppers * Seasoning * Oil * Wheat flour * Salt to taste * 1 egg * 1 plantain

Paso a paso| Step by step.

1.- Primero cortamos los vegetales la vainita, el cebollín y los ajies, y la zanahoria la rayamos. Agragemos en un sarten aceite, luego que este caliente vamos incorporando los vegetales junto con el ajo y la sal. > First, chop the vegetables: the green beans, scallions, and chili peppers. Grate the carrots. Add oil to a frying pan. Once hot, add the vegetables along with the garlic and salt.

2.-Segundo agregamos el arroz, la curcuma y la pizca de pimienta para activar la cúrcuma, mezclamos para que se integren todos los vegetales y agregamos el agua. > Next, add the rice, turmeric, and a pinch of pepper to activate the turmeric.
