Hola #Hive y compañeros de la comunidad de SWC, esta es la continuación de mi experiencia en la stree tworkout duals battles en su segunda edición mediante lo cuál hice un video editado con fotos conjuntamente con varios compañeros y con mi dúo el cual fué @Victorg30 para esta competición, primeramente fuimos al calentamiento de todos los atletas primeramente hecho por los atletas profesionales de categoría internacional

@yanquen-swc para luego ir hacia el precalentamiento junto con los kinesiólogos (fisioterapeutas) para así dar un previo calentamiento a las barras, cabe destacar que el estiramiento y el calentamiento son dos cosas muy diferentes puede que en mi siguiente post de a destacar esas diferencias, dicha competencia fue abierta con la inscripción y el regalo de un cotillón a cada uno de nosotros los atletas que traía una franela, coderas, una bandana, medias y stickers de la comunidad.

Hello #Hive and fellow members of the SWC community, this is the continuation of my experience in the stree tworkout duals battles in its second edition by which I made a video edited with photos together with several colleagues and my duo which was @Victorg30 for this competition, first we went to the warm up of all athletes first made by professional athletes of international category

@yanquen-swc to then go to the warm-up with the kinesiologists (physiotherapists) to give a warm-up to the bars, note that the stretching and warm-up are two very different things may be in my next post to highlight these differences, the competition was open with registration and the gift of a cotillion to each of us athletes who brought a flannel, elbow pads, a flag, socks and stickers of the community.

toda la experiencia de principio a fin fue totalmente agradable mediante lo cual fue muy bien organizada la competencia en lo que vendría siendo la parte de la atención al atleta fue extremadamente increíble muy cordiales y serviciales los fisioterapeutas, y con respecto a lo que vendría siendo la parte general de toda la competencia fue muy increíble tanto en los horarios como en la organización al igual que la metodología de las rondas y el puntaje para cada uno de los dúos participantes en esta segunda edición del Street workout duals Battles.

The whole experience from start to finish was totally pleasant and the competition was very well organized. In what would become the part of the attention to the athlete was extremely incredible, very cordial and helpful physiotherapists, and with respect to what would become the general part of the whole competition was very incredible both in the schedules and in the organization as well as the methodology of the rounds and the score for each of the duos participating in this second edition of the Street workout duals Battles.
