I printed the drawing on a regular sheet (bond paper), size A4, to do it.
Bond paper for printing has almost no grain and is thin, so care must be taken to don't damage it and to achieve a good result.
Pay attention to how I hold the pencil to apply the color; the pencil is almost horizontal to the sheet, so avoiding to make excessive pressure.
Because colored pencils are composed of transparent pigments, multiple layers of color must be applied to achieve the desired intensity. To get the different colors and tones I apply one over the other in different proportions.
My color palette is limited to very few colors, which allows me to obtain a good color composition.
Finally, I got a nice composition in pastel tones.
