Que los videojuegos eran más que un pasatiempo (eran mi escape y mi pasión).
Que en Venezuela, ser gamer es una aventura épica (con misiones secundarias como sobrevivir a los apagones o encontrar internet decente).
Este blog es mi rincón para compartir esa mezcla caótica de emociones: desde analizar un AAA hasta recordar cómo me escondi para jugar Minecraft.
MIS JUEGOS FAVORITOS (Y POR QUÉ ME DEFIENEN)
1. Pokémon – La saga que me robó el corazón
Mi primer juego: Pokémon Platino en mi Nintendo Ds. Recuerdo pasar horas en la Liga Sinoh con mi Torterra (y perder 3 veces seguidas por no entrenar a los otros).
Hot take: El mejor Pokémon es el que te elige a ti (aunque mi Charizard en Pokémon Rojo Fuego siempre será mi hijo digital).
2. Victoria 2 – Donde fingí ser un economista
Por qué me encanta: Porque me hace sentir como un genio... hasta que mi país se va a la quiebra en 1870.
Lección aprendida: Nunca subestimes el poder de los sindicatos (o cómo mi partida perfecta se arruinó por una revolución liberal).
3. RimWorld – Mi terapia y mi tortura
Mi colonia más memorable: "Los Chimpancésces", donde todos murieron porque olvidé plantar comida (el realismo es brutal).
Mod favorito: "Psychology", porque hasta mis colonos necesitan terapia después de mis decisiones.
4. eFootball/FIFA – La rivalidad eterna
eFootball vs. FIFA: "eFootball es como el café de la mañana: amargo pero necesario. FIFA es como una arepa: siempre salva el día".
Mi mejor gol: Un tiki-taka en FIFA 15 que me hizo gritar como si fuera un gol de Pedri
5. Mortal Kombat – Sangre, sudor y teclados rotos
Main favorito: *Sub Zero * (porque "La Oscuridad Te Consumirá!" nunca pasa de moda).
Peor derrota: Perder contra mi primo con un solo botón (él usaba Erron Black y yo aún no lo supero).
6. Detroit: Become Human – El juego que me hizo llorar
Elección más difícil: Dejar que Kara sacrificara su libertad para salvar a Alice (spoiler: luego rejugué y salvé a ambas).
Reflexión: "¿Qué nos hace humanos?"... y por qué lloré más con esto que con mi última ruptura.
7. Minecraft – Donde soy arquitecto y psicópata
Mi mundo más longevo: "PlanetaVeguetta", con una réplica del Planeta Vegueta del famoso Vegetta777
Consejo profesional: No minar en línea recta... lo aprendí después de caer en lava con 30 diamantes.
DEPORTES – ENTRE EL PIXEL Y LA REALIDAD
- Fútbol real vs. Fútbol virtual
Mi equipo IRL: Ninguno, porque en Cumaná todos son del Magallanes o del Caracas (yo solo quiero que no me cobren el VAR).
Mi equipo en FIFA: El Barca (porque Lamine es un crack en el FIFA).
- Deportes que deberían ser videojuegos
- Beisbol venezolano: "MVP Baseball 2005" sigue siendo el mejor, y nadie me convence de lo contrario.
VIDA DIARIA EN CUMANÁ – CRÓNICAS DE UN GAMER
- La lucha por una PC gamer
Mi setup actual: *Una laptop que llora con el RimWorld (y una Nintendo DS que sobrevive a todo).
El sueño: Una PC que corra Cyberpunk 2077 sin incendiarse (y que no cueste 3000$)
- Ser gamer en Venezuela
Problemas típicos:
El internet que se cae en mitad de una ranked.
*Los apagones que borran tu partida de Pokémon.
Los precios de los juegos en Steam (que siempre suben cuando tienes dinero justo).

MY FAVORITE GAMES (AND WHY THEY DEFEND ME)
1. Pokémon - The saga that stole my heart
My first game: Pokémon Platinum on my Nintendo Ds. I remember spending hours in the Sinoh League with my Torterra (and losing 3 times in a row for not training the others).
Hot take: The best Pokémon is the one that chooses you (although my Charizard in Pokémon Fire Red will always be my digital child).
