In the past, Comets were signs of bad omens and omens of nothing good, today they are an event that everyone wants to appreciate because of how strange and spectacular it is. Not long ago the Comet C 2022-c3 ZTF passed across our skies and could be seen from any point from the earth. A comet is a body formed mainly by rock and ice, they formed in the Oort cloud and in the Kuiper belt, the areas of the solar system furthest from the sun where light hardly reaches, so the remaining gases from the formation of our solar system, including our star the sun, froze to form these large asteroids of rock and ice. From time to time, due to some fortuitous collision or some gravitational catapult, the rocks are thrown towards the interior of the solar system, forming asteroids, where the heat of the sun begins to heat and evaporate it, forming trails with their spectacular and unique tails.

February 1, 2023 was the day that this Comet was closest to Earth and it was the best day to observe it, if you were lucky because predicting the brightness of a comet is very complicated due to its erratic behavior. The brightness of a comet depends on several factors, its composition, the amount of matter and the density of gas that it ejects, something that can change very quickly due to random movement and the forces that surround it, if the forecasts do not fail, this comet should attain a brightness of apparent magnitude 4 which would make it a remarkably bright little star in the sky. The Comet could be seen with the naked eye in some parts of the planet, especially in places with very dark skies and being high enough above the Horizon, it was still not very showy, this comet was seen as a small blurry star in the sky quite difficult to identify if you are not used to looking at the sky.
