there were multiple causes or antecedents that motivated the awakening of the people, as they were: the serious economic crisis during the Government of LUIS XIV, the increase of taxes to the State which benefited the nobility and church but worsened the lower class, the financial scandals , the arbitrariness of justice, among others.

During this critical economic and social process was born a critical and humanist thought called La Ilustracion, penetrated by democratic ideals, where great thinkers arise as MONTESQUIEU, VOLTAIRE, ROUSSEAU,

  among others.

The Baron de Montesquieu was the father of "The principle of Separation of Powers", which seeks autonomy and individualized functional competence of each of the Powers constituted of the State, which work in harmony, but retaining its essence and autonomy (Executive , Legislative and Judicial).

The Baron concluded "The State is not divided but distributed by the simple fact that The State is one."
