I want to share to you our coleus plants at home.
First,here in philippines we call this plant MAYANA and it has differents varieties but we only have some of them at home.

Second,mayana or coleus plants are easily to plant!You can just tear even small stem and it'll be alive!It grows faster too.It's not as bougainvillea or roses that it takes too months to grow,but mayana is not.

When you watered them regularly then they will have beautiful stem and leaves.
Height can reach 30-150 cm.
According to my research,mayana/coleus plant has also have health benefits due to the essential oils and anti oxidants in it.
Some are:
*It is good for curing cancer
*Help to heal and lower your fever
*Relieve symptoms of cough
*Good to heal menstrual disorders.
*And many more !
Mayana plants are good to our eyes and mind.

Cause seeing them can relax our minds!
