Question #1: Is UPcoin.com scam?

No, it's not scam. Many users ask this question because they think they are asked to enter passwords from their emails/exchange accounts etc. This is simply not true because nothing in the site asks you to input any of your existing passwords. Please be advised that during registration a new account is created, you need to create a password and it's totally up to you what you use.
