That was pretty much the last things that were said in the CTP Discord earlier this afternoon. You see, 
It ended up in quite a popular Thread today and wow, look at these stats...
$LEO Ads was the topic and given the background both
Instead, Rich (crazycowboy) asked me what I thought Threads needed, or any web 3 project needed, to get mass adoption. I came up with these 5 things...
I wanted to break each one of these points down, and see how Threads fits the billing for what I would consider a superior web 3 project!
1. Fantastic UI
When you consider where Threads was a few months ago, to today, you should feel pretty good! It's getting better and better each and every day. I love the latest features including actually seeing what each Thread can potential generate in ad revenue.
On top of that, all the 'little hidden gems' truly makes the UI a fantastic experience. Sure we'd love for all the kinks to be out of it, but that will take time. Right now, I just see improvement almost daily on the experience.
2. Very easy to use
Once you 'get' Threads, it's easy enough to use. However I think a cleaner layout to how conversations happen could benefit the platform. For example, on the above Thread that I mentioned, you can see a concern from 
It'd be great to have the entire conversation laid out, rather than having each comment have to be 'opened' if that makes sense.
Still, this UI and platform are very clean, which makes navigating it pretty easy. All things will get better I'm sure!
3. Mobile friendly
I understand the argument with having to cater to Apple and Google, and that is never fun when it comes to building a web3 app for their respected app stores. However, I just can't help but think....
What would happen if Threads actually had a native app?
Game. Set. Match!
I'm not sure if it's even in the plans but I think if there was a way to make that happen, it would change the game when it comes to mass adoption.
4. Branding
This is my biggest concern. And it's not a concern per se, more of a plea lol
Threads is on Leo Finance. Threads isn't a standalone project. This creates a bit of confusion to others. Telling people to go to 'Threads' but they have to go to LeoFinance.io just seems confusing for new potential members.
Threads is a FANTASTIC brand name. I truly believe that should be front and center. And I understand trying to keep everything under one roof, but for marketing and branding purposes, you just can't beat a potential 'Threads' brand. $LEO is the token for sure, I think that's brilliant to keep that. Just think a standalone 'Threads' brand would do wonders.
5. A couple of influencers, talking about it
This is frustrating. We have one of the top crypto influencers actually using this app all the time. She rarely mentions it in her YouTube videos though. Imagine if we had just a few of them, actually use this app daily, promote it to their audience and create content directly for it.

It's coming!
I truly believe that. It's why I have been buying as much $LEO as I can over the past few months, and will continue to do it. Sometimes I think a lot of forget that this is a small development team, that doesn't have VC funds to develop things tomorrow. So patience is needed!
I personally have plenty of that lol. I'm here for the long run, and can't wait to see how this platform continues to grow over the next few months. And while this is not financial advice.....
Just wait until those LEO Ads start paying out lol Oh boy, we're in for a wild ride!
