Following up on #MyHiveGoals for 2024, I wanted to go over my next target for the new year!
And well, this should come as no surprise but just in case people may not have been paying attention to Jongo over the past few years it's pretty straight forward:
To say I'm bullish on $LEO would be the understatement of the century. And in 2023 I was able to reach my goal that I set out for myself.....Actually, I pretty much tripled my original goals and hit 100k $LEO!
You have to love the gamification not only found on Hive when it comes to giving titles to members, according to how much stake they have. We have orcas, whales, minnows and dolphins on $HIVE .....
And on LEO we have, newborn cubs, cubs, lions, leaders of the pack and.....APEX Lions!
Right now, I've got this handle...
Which is the equivalent to an 'orca' on Hive....But call it ego, whatever you want, I want to top title on LEO LOL
And that means I need to hit 150,000 LEO by the end of 2024 to achieve that status and get the title of APEX.
There's actually a few reasons for this:
I did the math, and with my current delegation to
@leo.voter , curation and creation on the platform I'm generating about 150 LEO per day. On top of this, I'm dollar cost averaging as well and buying about 100 LEO per day on the markets. Which means I can hit my goal, if the prices stay around the same, in less than half a year. So this goal is very achievable.
The culture on LEO makes me WANT to become APEX because....APEX Lions distribute the tokens a lot. On Hive, you seem to need a secret handshake to get in with the curation whales, on LEO, heck....Yours truly is almost in the top 30 of token holders. Lions WANT these tokens distributed! I WANT to engage and curate everyone on Threads!!
And here's the big one....LEO 'gets it'. And 'it' I mean the emphasis on short form content with Threads, true #web3 experiences, LEO Ads and so much more. In 6 months from now, I can see LEO being the gold standard when people think of #web3 So yeah.....I'm slightly bullish.
There's actually a ton more reasons why I want LEO to be one of my focuses in 2024, but those 3 right there will give you a good idea of 'why' Jongo is pumped up!
I made a massive decision last year to trim the 'fat' per se and focus on a limited amount of projects, and this year I will be doing the same. Focusing on 3 major projects / tokens on Hive.....We went over $HBD , today we're showcasing $LEO .....And in the next instalment of #MyHiveGoals for 2024, we'll go over my third token / project that I'm going to be all in on!
I literally, can't wait for 2024 to start lol
