One of the biggest tips I could give you when it comes to building your Steem Power is don't stress yourself out with reaching 300 SP tomorrow...
Worry about building 1 Steem today and then 2 tomorrow...And maybe 3 next week. But everyday, try to acquire at least 1 SP in everything you do on the blockchain...Slow and steady!
This will start to compound, and start to grow on it's own...Plus it's a lot less stressful :)
