Right but Exodus 20 points directly back to Genesis. I mean the word 'bible' doesn't appear in scripture but we believe in it. I think that's a stretch to say the word Sabbath doesn't appear in Genesis 2 so it's not relevant.
As for Acts 20:7, absolutely. Breaking break, worshipping, praising God....I don't think we should ever take a day off per se. But there is only one day God sanctified and made holy.
Correct about Colossians 2....It read 'sabbath days' which means plural. And there were lots of days called sabbaths. Feast days, holidays etc. But there is a clear distinction between what is reference in that chapter from the context, to the royal and holy law of God (the 10 commandments)
I think the bigger issue is that we like our traditions. And what the church fathers apparently taught. I'm just trying to follow what God says and what Jesus lived.
I think everything else outside of that, is opinion. Which we all have.
