One way is to stop paying out so much money via the Proposal System. There isn't a ton paying out right now but there has been a lot since HIVE forked. That HBD represents HIVE as it is backed by HIVE. We've literally paid hundreds of thousands of dollars already in a few short months from there at a time when there isn't really enough demand for HIVE to support those kinds of payments. End result is HIVE trading at $.18 and a HBD that has a heck of a time ever getting up to $1.
