That may have nothing to do with UI/UX and more to do with the high inflation rate and a lack of exchanges. There is basically only one or two steem listings for US users at this point. That is not acceptable.

There are also other issues such as early distribution issues, a lack of delivery on road map, and basically no representation at the major crypto conferences or really any marketing/advertising to speak of (though the later might have been a waste with the very low retention rates).
