You know, there is something powerful about having someone who believes in you. Not just someone who says nice things, but someone who actually takes the time to lift you up when you are feeling down. We all need that. And the truth is, we are also called to be that person for others.
Life can get heavy sometimes. We all carry burdens, face struggles, and go through seasons where we feel like giving up. In those moments, a simple word of encouragement can change everything. It can be the difference between staying down or getting back up. That is not just a nice idea, it is a command from God.
Paul wrote to the Thessalonians and told them to encourage one another and build each other up. He was not talking about empty words or fake positivity. He was talking about real, honest support. The kind that says "I see you, I am with you, and you are not alone." That is what we are called to do.
So today I want to remind you: your words matter. Your presence matters. The way you treat others can either build them up or tear them down. Choose to be someone who builds. You never know who is fighting a battle you cannot see, and your encouragement might be exactly what they need to keep going.
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.

Sabés, hay algo muy poderoso en tener a alguien que cree en vos. No solo alguien que te dice cosas lindas, sino alguien que realmente se toma el tiempo para levantarte cuando estás mal. Todos necesitamos eso. Y la verdad es que también estamos llamados a ser esa persona para los demás.
La vida a veces se pone pesada. Todos cargamos con cosas, pasamos por luchas y momentos donde dan ganas de rendirse. En esos momentos, una palabra de ánimo puede cambiarlo todo. Puede ser la diferencia entre quedarse en el piso o levantarse de nuevo. Y eso no es solo una idea bonita, es un mandato de Dios.
Pablo les escribió a los tesalonicenses y les dijo que se animaran unos a otros y se edificaran mutuamente. No estaba hablando de palabras vacías ni de positivismo falso. Hablaba de apoyo real, honesto. Del tipo que dice "te veo, estoy con vos, no estás solo". A eso estamos llamados.
Así que hoy quiero recordarte: tus palabras importan. Tu presencia importa. La forma en que tratás a los demás puede edificarlos o derribarlos. Elegí ser alguien que construye. Nunca sabés quién está peleando una batalla que no ves, y tu ánimo puede ser justo lo que necesita para seguir adelante.
Así que anímense unos a otros y edifíquense mutuamente, como de hecho ya lo están haciendo.
