Yep and Hell Yeah! You do not know how long I waited to post this. I wanted to get this off my chest real quick and to tell you Steemians about one of my favorite Thrash bands of all time. Growing up as a teen I was under a lot of pressure and was not feeling right, so I needed a cure to help me go Manic and I have found that cure. Metallica was one of my best bands I grew up listing to that my Aunt shared with me. One of the early albums my Aunt had me listening to was call No Life Til Leather, Kill Em All, Ride The Lighting, Master of Puppets, Doomsday For The Deceiver, ...And Justice For All, and The Black Album(Suppose to be my last Album). Out of these 6 Albums, The one that influence me the most was ...And Justice For All, there was so much meaning behind it and the instrumentals were surpass Master of Puppets for some main reason.
When I was younger I remember that my Aunt gave me this T-shirt as a gift and I have worn it out after wearing it on a regular daily basis; Went to school everyday with this shirt off until like half semester. I don't think they sell the original anymore but I wish I had this one again, my old original T-shirt is gone after my mother didn't pay the storage. My ...And Justice For All T-shirt was in that storage and should had took it with me when I had the chance, during that time and day, Damn I was stupid back then...
It is times like this that I am starting to miss that band and the old trash riffs that they use to have. I recently heard one of Metallica's recent albums and no offense but it is sound like shit and makes too much noise, There bass is higher than the lead guitarist and that is what makes everything too noisy, I guess either they forgot to have Robert Trujillo forgot to tune his down a little or he drunk a gallon of Bacardi and just went ape shit with the bass guitar; either one.
After the death of Cliff Burton I really thought that Dave Mustaine was going to return as lead guitarist and have Kirk Hammett take over Cliff as Bassits but like always they had an idea and out of that one idea they were back on track with a fifth successful album. James Hetfield remains Vocalist, Lars Ulrich on Drums, Kirk Hammett remains Lead Guitarist, and Jason Newsted Replaced Cliff Burton as Bassist until leaving in 2001, however that was all it took to make a successful thrash album that made me mosh and destroyed the pits.
My first Metallica concert I went to could had been my last during the orginal 'Walls of Death' that someone decided from back stage to pull, to make matters worse I remember climbing on the stage after being shoved by fans and jumping off the stage landing face first on one of the fans during The Frayed Ends of Sanity. Thank god I survive that day because during that day it was even my first attempt. I will tell you the rest of my other attempts during other concerts next time but after my last attempt I was force to retire from moshing thanks to my Doctors, yeah I know they suck but with out them we will be in a 'world of shit' .
This album from Metallica had made an important impact of my life when dealing with freedom and to be responsible for everything you do, mostly 'payback' which is really a bitch these days.
