Farmbot is an open source CNC Farming Machine, it is a computer controlled robotic home farming setup to grow your own food. It gives the user the option to cultivate whatever seeds he likes.
A drag and drop application on the computer or the mobile device gives the user the ability to set up the farm easily by choosing the plants and putting them into the map. Also, growing regimens can be configured to run a particular schedule for a particular plant, the regimens can be saved for reuse.
Since it’s launch in July, the company has raised more than a million dollar in funds to manufacture its first batch of products that is set to be shipped in February 2017, to this moment pre-order is still possible on their website.
