¡Hola amigos de Hive! Hace apenas un mes que soy parte de esta blockchain y quisiera compartir con ustedes algunos logros que he obtenido con mi trabajo en la plataforma. Nunca pensé que en tan poco tiempo pudiera alcanzar estos resultados. Esto gracias a la fuerza que inspira ver el trabajo realizado por mucho de ustedes. También quiero exponer las metas que me propongo lograr en Hive para el 2022, un año que espero con bastante optimismo.
Aprendí acerca de las posibilidades que brindan las aplicaciones desarrolladas en una blockchain y de la web 3.0. Este nuevo paradigma empodera a las personas como creadores y distribuidores de contenido, alejandolas de las grandes corporaciones mediáticas.
Comencé a escribir de nuevo. Hacía mucho tiempo que no redactaba tanto. Soy programador y lo que más escribo son códigos y procedimientos de trabajo. Durante este tiempo he escrito 14 entradas en el blog y 6 comentarios.
Logré el hito de los 600 votos positivos recibidos. Esto me sorprendió mucho. Agradezco a las personas que leyeron y votaron por mis escritos.
Ya tengo acumulado un total de 12 Hig Power, esto junto a lo delegado por @giftgiver me ha permitido mantenerme activo duramente este tiempo.
Comencé a utilizar D.Buzz, una plataforma de microblogin que forma parte de Hive. Esto me da la posibilidad de aumentar la cantidad de contenido que puedo compartir con ustedes.
Pude crear una cuenta en Discord para incrementar mi interacción con los miembros de las diferentes comunidades. Nunca había empleado esta aplicación y estoy aprendiendo a trabajar con ella.
Recibí algunos Tokens (CENT, PIZZA, ARCHON y SPACO) cortesía de diferentes usuarios, aún no se mucho sobre el tema pero prometo estudiarlos.
Finalmente, logré atraer a una amiga a Hive, enseñándole lo poco que yo he aprendido hasta el momento y conseguir que ya ella publique en su cuenta @odaverk.
Metas propuestas a lograr en Hive para el 2022.
Aumentar el número de publicaciones mensuales. Debo estudiar y prepararme para alcanzar una mayor calidad en mis creaciones. Quiero lograr al menos cinco publicaciones semanales. Esto incluye hacerlo en las aplicaciones Ecency y D.Buzz.
Atraer a la plataforma Hive al menos 15 personas. Voy a preparar un instructivo con las características de la blockchain, su funcionamiento y los modos de obtener los mejores resultados.
Diseñar una estrategia para promover a través de mis redes sociales la utilización de Hive. Ya he publicado algo en Twitter, pero quiero aumentar la cantidad de material a compartir sobre este tema.
Lograr 200 HP para contribuir con mi voto a la evaluación de los trabajos publicados por otros usuarios. Quiero participar durante el año en algunos Power Up Day. También voy a configura las publicaciones para que durante un tiempo sean 100 % HP.
Explorar la posibilidad de abrir un canal de video en 3Speak y un blog de viajes en TravelFeed.
Estudiar sobre la economía de la blockchain Hive, conceptos como Tokens, DEFI, NFT. Profundizar en los conocimientos para lograr una mejor utilización de la plataforma.
Con esto quiero finalizar, las metas son ambiciosas, sin embargo, se pueden cumplir dedicándole tiempo a Hive. Siento que el año 2022 nos va a traer muchas cosas buenas a todos. I started writing again. It had been a long time since I had written so much. I'm a programmer and I mostly write code and work procedures. During this time I have written 14 blog posts and 6 comments.

Proposed goals to be achieved in Hive by 2022.
Increase the number of monthly publications. I must study and prepare myself to achieve a higher quality in my creations. I want to achieve at least five weekly publications. This includes posting to the Ecency and D.Buzz apps.
Invite at least 15 people to the Hive platform. I will prepare an instructional with the features of the blockchain, how it works and ways to get the best results.
Design a strategy to promote through my social networks the use of Hive. I have already published something on Twitter, but I want to increase the amount of material to share on this topic.
