During my stay in Varadero, I had the chance to visit the boulevard. It is a newly established public space that hosts a variety of businesses, including shops, bars, restaurants, and cafés.
The facilities are modern and welcoming, and you can pay for many services using local currency (Cubans will know what I mean).
It's a great option for those visiting Varadero. Even though most hotels offer All-Inclusive packages, it's worth taking some time to explore and enjoy the boulevard.
