The advent of the #GLX token which was initiated by the leading #GameFi platform, #Splinterlands has given rise to tremendous growth in the #Hive blockchain. This is because after the #airdrop was launched, the token began to buzz both in this ecosystem and #web2 (#Twitter). This buzzing resulted in an influx of investors, traders, and top crypto enthusiasts who love to invest in a promising token that looks to be worthwhile in the near future.
As one of the participants in this amazing project, I staked a significant amount of #GLX tokens with the plan to hit about 200 $GLX this year 2022. Earlier today, I began the week with stakes to promote the $SPS token and #Hive in general. Aside from that, I was able to know more about the #Splinterlands that one could claim rewards from its stake token; meaning the more you stake, the more you earn amazing rewards.
Knowing so well that #GLX was birthed by #Splinterlands; I went to the genesis league sport interface to check if I would claim rewards as that in the Splinterlands platform. Amazingly, the airdrop offered a huge reward for me to claim. These rewards encourage me to stake more $GLX tokens. Still in the #Splinterlands community users are being given various avenues to source a means to earning and staking the tokens ($SPS and $GLX).
One of the unique avenues is through content creation; when a user can share quality content regarding #Splinterlands on this platform, he also shares the content to #web2 interface - be it Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, et al. Splinterlands is a free-to-play card game that could be played with a browser or on your mobile phone. The uniqueness of the game is that it is a play2earn game, meaning that every card that you obtain in the game be it in NFTs or a non-fungible token is yours and could be sold in the marketplace to gain money. All items collected value for exchange; you can either sell your cards or rent them out, then you get paid with the in-game currency called the Dark Energy Crystal (DEC). This DEC is worth being in the marketplace too.
