There are lots of sites where you can earn bitcoin by doing next to nothing. But what you should know is that bitcoin is an expensive commodity and as such, no one will give you anything large for free. They will only give small amounts of it. The sites I mentioned above are called bitcoin faucet sites and they are sites where you are awarded minuscle amounts of bitcoin for completing doing small tasks periodically. And you can also deposit your bitcoin on the site and watch it grow as long as it's more than or equal to 0.0003btc. remember that I said that no one will give you massive amounts of bitcoin for free.
