Question why is the government so obsessed with keeping us safe... seat belts, speeding, TOUCHING our cell phones, and the numerous other ticketable offenses, but yet In Quebec they do not keep us safe when it comes to keeping our roads maintained and salted. If a person slips on my driveway I am responsible but when the government neglects what we pay the highest taxes in Canada if not the world for its be careful its dangerous stay home don't go to work and feed your family.
