Sometimes people tend to have arguments with themselves regarding decision making. People tend to justify their decisions through heart or mind, but most of the time base the decision on what they feel is right.

The Heart

Is an organ that pumps blood, It doesn't have the function to feel nor to think. Why do people tend to use heart for decision making? Base on my experience heart works in ways that are explainable, and most of the time using your heart to decide what to do is more accurate than thinking. It is because the more you use your heart to decide the more you tend to care on what others might feel about your decision.
The Brain

Is the one who has the capability to decide. The decisions that came from the brain are usually base on what knowledge we have. If we do something that we think is right, that is what our brain will follow. It will only base it's decisions on what we already know and not depend on external factors. Base on my experience this method of decision making is commonly use on examinations and school activities, but on real life most of the time it will be neglected.
What to use in decision making?
Both HEART and BRAIN :)
Why? Because the best decision should be base on what you think is right, and what you feel is correct. If you achieve balance between the two, the decisions that you'll come up with will be the best. Base on my experience if you let brain decide, you will suffer with your conscience. And if you always use your heart, your decisions will be more on neglecting your own knowledge. So to fine the best possible decision, a balance between the HEART and BRAIN must be achieve.
