Humans think of crying as an act of showing vulnerability or weakness. For men crying is not an option, men must always be strong in front of others to show their bravery or manliness. Even a single tear may be used against you, but acting strong in front of others can destroy you.
Crying is a way for humans too release too much emotion that they can't contain. If you prevent yourself from releasing those emotions it may result in depression. As what I've seen depression can kill a person, too much sadness can make a him not think clearly. Actions without thinking can lead to your own downfall. But is crying really good?
Crying can restore emotional balance or release you from stress. It can also help you sooth your feelings and improve your mood. Since it is hard for men to cry in front of others what should we do? Here's what I've come up with as a solution.
Crying with a family, your family is the only one who will accept you. Whatever you do, no matter what mistakes you've committed they will always be there for you. You can always show them your tears and they won't judge you. That's why one of the precious gifts we are given is Family.
Crying with a friend, even a single person that you can tell your emotions freely can help. having someone about your experience, thoughts, heartaches, and even personal problems can really help a person be emotionally balance.
How about you? Are you scared of showing your emotions to others?
