Saludos amigos de #Hive y comunidad de Street Workout, acá voy a enseñarles o a mostrarles cuáles posturas de progresión puedo realizar en plancha.

Las progresiones que puedo realizar son varias pero las que me ayudaron a avanzar en la plancha son los que veremos a continuación.
También esta vez vengo a hacer una pequeña dinámica la cual puedes etiquetar a cualquier usuario parte de SWC que tenga un buen nivel en estáticos y muestre su potencial en cuanto a sus progresiones en plancha, cómo muy bien sale en el vídeo voy a retar a los siguientes atletas:

The progressions that I can perform are several but the ones that helped me to advance in the iron are the ones we will see below.
