Hivesigner is a good tool.
You register your account with a strong password. Import your Posting Key. This allows you to login without Hive Keychain to many dapps and is helpful on mobile, etc...
Approve Dbuzz when logging into d.buzz, you should be able to figure it out. Let me know if you have any questions.
Another method to post to Dbuzz with <280 Characters is to just post to the Dbuzz Community, but to use the awesome https://d.buzz interface you would use Hivesigner.
