What are the main regulations causing corporate weed to not have the stickyness, nug composition, and smell you'd expect from a vacuum sealed QP back in the day?

My observations

The nugs are leafy, not containing the dense sticky inner juicyness you'd expect.

I'd appreciate some honest tips and sources to research why Corporate weed is just absolute garbage in the comments.
