Ah, he's confusing him with the other professor he worked with on the Thirties cold case they mutually solved.
So many cross overs here - Nate was a character in my novel West Harbour and Abe and Scott Lennox in my novel Unforgettable. All three novels take place in and around Toronto and all three involve similar themes, hence the cross-overs because it's inevitable these lives would intersect. Ex - Abe Rosen tracking old cold cases and having to investigate a skeleton found in a house connected with unsolved disappearances.
It's similar to what Thomas Hardy did in several of his novels set in the Wessex countryside in England and I like to do the same and make connections among my novels. Even Epiphany (https://www.amazon.ca/Epiphany-John-J-Geddes-ebook/dp/B00H6VBUS2) has ties to my first novel, A Familiar Rain.
A long explanation to simply say, mea culpa - I need to be careful to catch all these loose ends if I insist on doing crossovers, LOL!
