You cheered me up, my friend - Because of your help I was able to get my money out of Steemit (I thought it was going to end up as useless internet money) That site was a downward moving mobile anyway as far as writers were concerned and I appreciate the help you gave me at just the right time.

My goal on these sites is to get my stuff out there and hopefully get some feedback but lately that is sorely lacking on Hive. It seems they changed the reward structure to encourage curation but that hasn't happened and it simply decreased the rewards for content writers. ( I just want to pay for my internet costs but lately even that modest expectation isn't being met)

So, while I was feeling particularly down about this situation, I saw your response. You know a timely word is like apples of gold in frames of silver...thanks for the gift of encouragement, my friend :) And no, I don't relish the thought of going back to traditional publishers, but alas, that seems to be a distinct possibility.
