Sorry you're going through a rough patch right now - have you considered fictionalizing your experiences as a way of distancing them from yourself? You write well, I don't see why you shouldn't try to tell a story as opposed to journaling about your experiences. Somehow the narrative distance gives you perspective. Well, just a suggestion :) You might look at @ginnyannette to get an idea of what I'm talking about.
