I'm attracted to the sea, but more to be near it than in it or on it . I'm in process of a new novel that will be set near water - a great lake as opposed to an ocean, but same difference to me. I've been reconnoitering the setting and taking photos - it'll be a steemit novel unless I decide otherwise because this site is now hostile to original content creators, and of course, that's counter to what made steemit great to begin with. The powers that wanna be have lost their way, I'm afraid, and think encouraging responses means increasing curation rewards - which is fine, bu they have myopically decreased creation rewards. Stupid, IMO.
