Remember what happened when the price of Steem pumped to $8? We had a lot of Youtubers/influencers come here to cash in, then cash out when the price went back down. Where are they now? Meanwhile the loyal ones stayed here and had to grind their stake back up posting or comment everyday, or have faith and buy it with fiat or other cryptos.

We need to start rewarding the loyal and stop giving elites a free ride all the time. I know your heart is in the right place but this initiative would just cause a whole of resentment and drama from the ones who stayed throught the rough patch.
