So far I would say Waka is

Very Good in Silver
Good in Gold
Average in Diamond/Champion

The reason is Diamond/Champion monsters have so much health so losing 2 health every round doesn't mean as much. Plus poison is only 50% chance so it's not like yodin blast which is 100% after hitting a monster.
