I don't think it's a good idea to change the rules for investors midgame. A lot of people have been collecting new account creation tokens with a longterm investment view. One of the perks of having a lot of Hive powered up. But honestly since my account is too small to collect any new account creation tokens, I'm fine either way the decision goes...
