Wizards are only 4 games over .500 and this is disappointing because I thought they would be one of the top teams in the East this year. Wizards have yet to take the next step to elite status. Taking that into account, the Wizards should win here. They usually play the Hawks well and that should be even more of the case in a Hawks rebuilding year. There is the danger of the Wizards underestimating the Hawks after Wizards beat the East's top seed in their last game. However, Hawks have not had 2 wins in a row all year long and I think that pattern continues here. My pick is Washington ML.
