In my opinion, APR of HBD should be reduced to 0%. If this ever happens then why would anyone want to buy HBD ever. US treasuries pay way more interest and are basically risk free.

Splinterlands needs to give cards bought with money or rented cards an advantage over cards earned with gameplay time (free cards). Even a small win bonus would help the secondary card market. Currently
