I really appreciate the effort and lengths you guys go to in order to maintain and improve the health of this ecosystem. These posts are always very thought provoking, and if I'm honest, a teeny bit nerve wracking.

One thing I've noticed is that many users like to stay within the confines communities they like or are interested in. It has content they like, it matches their interests, etc... and because they don't venture out they end up voting for the same group of users rather regularly.

I for instance love the #freewriters community, which has a lot of regular users posting quite often. I enjoy their stuff, so I vote it.. I vote for posts I like from users who arent regular too, but the greater frequency of my voting goes to those who post more often. A lot of the same people.

It's not done to game anything... But I'm afraid of running foul of an algorithm that searches for people trying to game the reward system.

I wouldn't like be black listed, or endanger the community simply because I hang out and vote there.

I guess it's nerve wracking because I don't know if I'm violating any rules you guys have or not.

Is there a rulebook or something I can use to educate myself? I need to know the proper etiquette and practices so I don't accidentally get blacklisted.

Like I know the obvious ones. No self voting, no botting, etc. but yeah,

Anyways thanks again.
