My teacher in high school for English, writing and poetry had an interest thoughts on how to grade the poetry and writing. You can never grade on the content, since every paper or poem is written by the individual. You can only grade on spelling and form.
I always use this form when reading and writing to this day. I might not like the subject, but the words are what the writer's heart and soul put down on paper, or blog.
