IMG_20170531_154049948.jpgSubtle wind like a loving caress,
Warm fingers for a february sunset,
The stream flows lazily by,
A mirror of the sky, yet in pastel.
So the ripples go like ocean waves,
Calm then, now a tempest for a stones throw.

A piece of poetry I wrote years ago after a winter hike at the family property. I've been thinking about posting more of my poetry and thought you guys might like it. Cheers!
